About
Honest software for
small UK shops.
WardenFox is a free till and stock tracker, built for the kind of shop that's run by one or two people who'd rather be serving customers than wrestling a spreadsheet.
Why it exists
Most small shops run their stock on memory, scraps of paper, and a spreadsheet that never quite matches what's on the shelf. The software that fixes that is usually either too expensive, too complicated, or takes a slice of every single sale.
WardenFox is the simpler, fairer alternative. Scan a barcode, mark it sold, and your stock count looks after itself. No per-sale fees, no card-machine cut, no contract you need a lawyer for. You take the money however you already do — WardenFox just keeps the count right.
What we believe
- ✓Free should mean free. The core — till, stock, barcodes — is free for up to 100 items, forever. No trial-then-trap.
- ✓Never a cut of your takings. A flat monthly price if you grow, and £0 per sale — ever.
- ✓Your data stays in the UK, and it's yours — export or delete it any time.
- ✓Built around how shops really run, not how software thinks they should.
Who's behind it
WardenFox is built and run by [your name], a solo founder based in Halifax. [Add a sentence or two here, in your own words — why you started it, what you care about. People buy from people, so this bit matters.]
It's a small UK software business — no investors, no growth-at-all-costs, just a tool I'm trying to make genuinely useful for shops like yours. You can reach me directly at [email protected] — a real person replies.
Free up to 100 items. £19 or £39 a month if you grow.
